Delivery and returns
All orders received from Monday to Friday until 12 noon will be realized on the same day. Orders received after 12 noon will be realized the next working day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be realized on the first working day. The prices of the goods listed on the website do not include postage.
Accepted orders are considered irrevocable and will be executed. In case you want to withdraw from the order, please inform us no later than 3 hours after placing the order by e-mail email@example.com. We reserve the right to withdraw from the execution of the order, in cases where the ordered products are not in stock and there was a technical or other error when entering stock.
Shipping costs are € 3.50 and apply to Slovenia. Over € 50, postage is free. For abroad, the shipping cost is by arrangement.
All items you order through our website can be picked up in our store PATRIZIA, at Stari trgz 11a, in Ljubljana. When you have completed the purchase, you have the option to decide to deliver through our package distributor or pick up the package in person at our store.
You can successfully pick up your order at the branch by submitting a confirmation of purchase, which you received by email or via SMS (order no.). The order will be waiting for you in 3 working days. If you do not pick it up on time, the order will be canceled.
COMPLAINT AND REPLACEMENT
You can return the products without a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, which you must notify us to our address firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a Return Form, which you will then fill out and send to us along with the products. We will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment. The only cost you incur is the direct cost of returning the goods.
If there was a special promotion when ordering (eg over € 50 gift-earrings), the gift must also be returned if the final amount is less than a certain amount. If the gift is not returned, then the product is charged at the selling price or deducted from the return.
Due to covid hygiene measures for earrings and masks, unfortunately it is not possible to return or replace.
If you notice defects in your purchased product, report it immediately. In this case, we will send you a Complaint Form, which you will then fill out and send to us together with the product at our address. Within 8 days of receiving your complaint, we will respond to you about the resolution of the complaint. , lack of care, accidents (scratches, bumps, dents, broken or cracked crystal) and non-compliance with our instructions that come with every purchase of jewelry.

The error is real when:

- the seller has delivered an item that does not match the pattern or model, unless the pattern or model was shown for notification only.
How is the suitability of an item checked?
It is checked with another, faultless item of the same type, as well as with the manufacturer's statements or statements on the item itself
How is a material defect enforced?
The buyer must notify us of any material defect together with a detailed description within the statutory period and at the same time allow us to inspect the item or return the product or an unambiguous photo of the product (depending on the item. we will inform the customer in the procedure itself.) Reimbursement due to a material defect may be claimed if the defect is detected within two years after receipt of the goods. The buyer has two months from the discovery of the defect to notify the seller and request a claim for material error.

We will inform you by e-mail as soon as we receive the complaint within eight days of receiving it.
Return of the item in case the model or number does not suit you:

Return of goods and refund of purchase price:

The contract is valid for purchases through the online store.
The cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer. Goods must be returned undamaged and unused, in the same quantity and in the original packaging by post or in person at:

TADA d.o.o. returns all payments made to the buyer as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal. In the case of sales contracts, the company may withhold the refund of payments received until the return of the returned goods. The buyer is liable for a decrease in the value of the goods if the decrease in the value of the goods is the result of conduct that is not necessarily necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Company reserves the right to a reduced refund in the event of the return of a damaged product or the rejection of a claim.
